In these final Chapters of The Book of Isaiah we will see the Second Coming of Jesus Christ, the establishment of His rule and reign for the thousand-year Millennium, and the new heavens and the new earth.  In the midst of this, God is still dealing with His people Israel, and the remnant that He always has reserved.
