Chapter 57 of The Book of Isaiah marks the end of the second section of the final division of the Book.  We see today, probably as much or more than at any time in the past, that the wicked appear to have it easy, they they appear to be the ones in comfort.  They are the ones with the money, the stuff, and they seem to be on top.  But, when we come to the end of this age, they will be the ones who will be condemned, and the righteous will be comforted.
