As we said last week, Chapters 13 through 23 contain the judgments, or burdens, of God on nine nations that border or are very near to Israel.  Most of these prophetic judgments, or burdens, have already been fulfilled and are now facts of history.  We will see in these chapters that the burden is not necessarily a judgment, but simply a prophecy of Isaiah.
