Again, chapters 7 through 12 are a series of prophecies that were given during the reign of king Ahaz, who was a wicked king.  Isaiah gives these predictions of doom speaking to the local situation in Judah and Israel, but God also looks to the future day when He is going to set up His kingdom on here on earth.  Chapter 10 opens with a brief discussion of the courts and the lawmakers of Isaiah's day.  The injustices of the nation are reflected in the way the people acted, which brought the judgment of God.
