Luke's Gospel is the only one that tells of the sending of the seventy.  These seventy men were sent on a mission for the Lord.  This should remind us that salvation comes with the responsibility to share the good news, the Gospel, with all those who are not born-again regenerated believers.  Some are called to go great distances, others will be called to share with friends and neighbors, but we are all called to spread God's Word to a lost and dying world.
