In Chapter 5 of The Gospel of Luke, we see Luke, once again, display the humanity of Jesus.  We see Jesus reach out to gather men to be His representatives, although at the time I don't believe that they understood what they were really doing.  And, we see Jesus heal outcasts, and challenge those in authority, creating a whole new idea of what is Jesus' new reality.
