So far, in our study through the first 15 chapters of The Book of Leviticus, we have seen God's instructions for five of the six offerings and sacrifices that were required of the people, we have seen the duties of the priests explained and detailed, and we have seen how God deals with the sins of the people.  But, none of these things have finally and completely dealt with the sin issue.  Now we come to the subject in Leviticus that deals more completely with sin, and points us specifically to the work of Jesus Christ in redemption.
