We come to a series of fifteen Psalms that are called "Songs of Ascents" or "Songs of Degrees".  They are Psalms, or songs, of the pilgrim or sojourner.  These Psalms were traveling Psalms, or songs, and were probably used in two different ways by the people of Israel.
