The verse that jumped out to me the most in this sturdy would be....1:5. To know that the goal of real love is a pure heart, good conscience, and sincere faith. In my own life, I can honestly say that the only real love I have received has come form my Lord and Savior. It was nice to see how confident Paul was in his faith and trust in Jesus Christ. That he truly loved Timothy and showed it in his kind words and actions towards him. Oh to find that kind of love amongst God's followers today would be pure joy. I, again, appreciated all the additional Scripture references! THANK-YOU!!
